Fostering collaboration to support healthy weight

This project aimed to develop an innovative stakeholder management and engagement methodology within the health system, fostering collaborative partnerships to drive targeted health interventions. By integrating insights from multiple sectors, the project sought to improve healthy weight management, obesity prevention, digital inclusion, and equitable healthcare.
